About Stegra
Stegra is on a mission to transform the global steel industry through green hydrogen, iron, and steel production — with the ambition to eliminate CO₂ emissions. By replacing coal with green hydrogen and fossil-free electricity, our primary emissions will be water and heat instead of carbon dioxide.
By 2030, our goal is to produce 5 million tonnes of green steel annually at our fully integrated and digitized plant in Boden, Sweden — currently under construction. This is just the beginning of our journey toward decarbonizing heavy industry and building a more sustainable future.
