Cambio is one of the Nordics' leading suppliers in e-health with a comprehensive offering for the entire health and care chain. Our e-health solutions supports health care professionals in their daily work and offer patients safer and more easily accessible care. We are proud to be an important part of Swedish healthcare. We are growing continuously and now have about 1000 employees in several countries.
The position
We are looking for a System Engineer to join our IT Operations and Infrastructure team, working primarily with our Kubernetes-based container platform. You will design, operate, and continuously improve the platform that runs our products, with responsibilities covering security, multi-tenancy, recoverability, and observability.
Our platform is based on Red Hat OpenShift, but we place stronger emphasis on solid Kubernetes knowledge rather than prior OpenShift experience. If you are comfortable designing and operating Kubernetes platforms, you will quickly be able to learn the OpenShift-specific parts with our support.
The role involves close collaboration with internal development and operations teams and includes responsibility for incident management and service delivery in a regulated and security-critical environment.
We are a team of eight engineers operating the container platform as a managed service under strict security requirements and SLAs. As Cambio transitions from traditional product delivery to a managed SaaS model, the platform plays a critical role in how we scale, modernize, and operate our services. This means you will have real opportunities to influence both technical direction and ways of working.
We place high value on team culture and believe it is fundamental to delivering sustainable results. If you care as much about how a team collaborates as what it delivers, you will fit in well with us.
We offer:
Join a passionate group of experts working with modern technologies and industry best practices, where collaboration leads to real impact
A dynamic environment full of new challenges and a broad technology stack to keep your skills sharp and your work exciting
Technical freedom to influence the tools and technologies you work with, empowering you to craft the best solutions
We believe that you are passionate about solving technical challenges and have effective communication skills when cooperating across teams. You thrive in a changing environment and independently drive your own and your team's work forward.
At Cambio, we value initiative and personal growth. Our culture is built on Trust, Care, and Together—values we believe are important to both our work and our people. It’s important to us that you recognize and identify with these values.
