Would you like to work in an international environment where you act as the link between a global Group and its subsidiaries? As a Divisional Program Lead, you will coordinate key initiatives, follow up on reporting, and contribute to developing ways of working across areas such as Quality, Sustainability, Compliance, and Risk Management. This is a role for someone who enjoys being the link between different parts of an organization, building relationships, and creating structure. You thrive in a varied role with a high degree of responsibility and the opportunity to influence how processes and structures evolve over time – ultimately contributing to the success of the company as a whole.
About the role
As a Divisional Program Lead, you will have a central and cross-functional role, acting as an important link between the parent company and its acquired subsidiaries around the world. You will work closely with the subsidiaries' management teams and operations to ensure that they understand and meet the Group's requirements, while contributing to greater structure, development, and value creation across both the subsidiaries and the Group.
The role involves a broad network of stakeholders and a wide variety of topics. You will work with several companies of different sizes, levels of maturity, and needs. In some situations, your role will be to support an established company within existing processes; in others, you will help build structures and ways of working from the ground up. You will play an important part in ensuring that our acquired companies succeed as part of the Group, while maintaining their individual identities and business focus.
This is initially a consulting assignment through Academic Work, with the possibility of permanent employment with our client.
