Do you want to play a key role in the green energy transition while working in the intersection of technology, customer support and commercial development?
EYKON is looking for a Technical Sales Support Engineer to support customers and sales activities across Scandinavia. The Role

The role combines customer support, pre-sales, order management and stakeholder coordination in a truly international environment.
Your responsibilities will include:
This is a highly collaborative role where your ability to build relationships and navigate different stakeholder groups will be just as important as your technical understanding. You will work closely with experienced specialists while gradually developing extensive knowledge of EYKON's products, solutions and customers.
The preferred location is Sorø, Denmark, but strong candidates located in Sweden, particularly in the Örebro/Mälardalen region, will also be considered. Travel within Scandinavia is included in the role.
Is this you?
To be successful in this role, you have experience from a customer-facing B2B environment involving technical sales, customer support, sales support, application support, pre-sales or similar technical-commercial responsibilities. You are comfortable working with technical products, systems or solutions and enjoy building strong relationships with both customers and internal stakeholders. Experience coordinating activities across multiple functions and stakeholders is important, as is the ability to support quotations, tenders and customer-related projects. You understand how hardware, software and services interact within a broader solution environment and are able to translate technical topics into practical customer value. Professional proficiency in English together with Swedish and/or Danish language skills is required in the role, as the position involves daily collaboration with colleagues and customers across Sweden, Denmark and Norway.
Experience from the energy sector, utilities, smart metering, infrastructure, automation or related technical industries is considered an advantage, but we welcome candidates from a broad range of technical and technical-commercial environments. The most important factor is your ability to learn, build relationships and create value for customers.
In this recruitment, your personal qualities will be of great importance. We are looking for a proactive, structured and customer-focused person who enjoys taking ownership and driving activities forward. You are curious, eager to learn and comfortable operating in the intersection between commercial and technical discussions.
