Property Finder - Svensk Fastighetsförmedling Estepona

Do you have a natural talent for connecting with people, spotting business opportunities and turning new contacts into long-term relationships? Are you driven by sales and enjoy being out in the local community rather than sitting behind a desk all day?

Svensk Fastighetsförmedling Estepona is looking for a Property Finder with a strong focus on Casares and Manilva. We are looking for someone who knows how to create opportunities, build trust and find the properties our clients are looking for.

As a Property Finder, your main responsibility is to identify and connect with potential property sellers and bring new properties into our portfolio.

This is a proactive and relationship-driven role. You will spend much of your time building your local network, contacting potential sellers and identifying new opportunities in the market.

Your day might include reaching out to homeowners, following up on property advertisements, contacting private sellers through platforms such as Idealista and Fotocasa, meeting people in the local area or visiting a potential new property.

You will work closely with the rest of the Estepona team, but you will also have plenty of freedom to plan your own activities and develop your area.

• Identifying and approaching potential property sellers

• Actively sourcing new properties in Casares, Manilva and the surrounding area

• Developing and maintaining a strong local network

• Following up on private property listings and other potential leads

• Building relationships with homeowners and prospective clients

• Evaluating properties and identifying new business opportunities

• Preparing property listings and ensuring that the necessary documentation is in place

• Working closely with your colleagues to create a great experience for our clients

We are looking for someone who is commercially minded, proactive and genuinely enjoys meeting people.

You know that successful sales often start long before the actual transaction. Building trust, staying in touch and creating a strong network come naturally to you.

You are comfortable taking the first step, approaching new people and creating your own opportunities. At the same time, you are structured and understand the importance of following up, keeping commitments and delivering a professional experience throughout the process.

To succeed in this role, we believe you have:

• Fluency in English and Spanish, both spoken and written

• Additional language skills are highly valued

• Previous experience in sales, real estate, property sourcing or another relevant commercial role

• A strong ability to build relationships and develop a local network

• A proactive and results-driven approach

• A valid driver's licence and confidence behind the wheel

• Preferably, residence in or good knowledge of Casares, Manilva or the surrounding area

At Svensk Fastighetsförmedling, you will become part of an established brand while working in a local and entrepreneurial environment.

We want you to have the right conditions to succeed. You will receive support, coaching and training as well as the tools you need in your daily work, including a mobile phone, computer and access to a company vehicle.

Most importantly, you will join a team where we work together, share knowledge and celebrate success.

If you recognise yourself in this description, we would love to hear from you.

Send us your application as soon as possible. Applications are handled confidentially, and we will contact selected candidates with more information about the role and the next steps in the process.

If you have any questions, please contact Angelica Thunell at [email protected].
