Company Description:
The company is a modern tech consultancy firm focused on building sustainable, high-quality systems that create real business value.
As AI rapidly transforms software development, we believe in what Amazon CTO Werner Vogels calls the “developer renaissance.” AI does not replace developers, it raises the bar. When AI handles syntax and boilerplate, true craftsmanship, architectural thinking, and business understanding become more important than ever.
Founded by experienced entrepreneurs, technical leaders, and sales professionals combines stability with the opportunity to shape something new.
Our services / Product:
We design and build robust, scalable software systems across the full stack, from backend services and databases to modern frontend applications.
Our work includes system architecture, application development, and AI-enhanced workflows, with a strong focus on quality, security, and long-term maintainability.
We work with technologies such as Python, Java, C#, modern frontend frameworks, and cloud-based platforms.
About us & our references:
We partner with clients to solve real problems, not to chase short-term trends. Our focus is on long-term value creation and building systems that last.
Our founders bring extensive experience from building successful companies and leading high-performing teams, ensuring that both our consultants and our clients succeed.
Our team & Culture:
We believe that strong teams build strong systems.
We foster a collaborative, knowledge-sharing culture where learning is natural and encouraged. There is no room for unnecessary competition, instead we value curiosity, craftsmanship, and mutual respect.
We aim to prove that modern tech companies can combine technical excellence with a genuinely human culture.
Requirement Profile:
We are looking for a Software Developer with a curiosity for learning new technologies and who sees our profession as a craft. You have at least 5 years of experience, or a more senior profile, and you want to keep growing in a modern, AI driven development landscape.
We are moving into agentic AI going forward, so a real interest in this area and an ambition to drive it forward is a strong plus.
You have the ability and curiosity to work across the entire tech stack: database, devops, pipelines, BE/FE, mobile and more. You take responsibility for the whole solution rather than a specific part of it.
A university degree is required. Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written.

Ensure code quality, security, and long-term maintainability
Work closely with clients to translate business needs into technical solutions
