On behalf of a partner company, Nordic Investin is looking for a Digital Workplace Project Manager. You can improve everyday digital work without treating adoption, information structure and support as afterthoughts.
The partner is modernising collaboration, document management and employee productivity using Microsoft 365. You will lead technical and business workstreams, coordinate governance and help different user groups transition to safer and more effective ways of working.
Technology delivery is treated as organisational change with technical consequences. The partner expects one coherent view across architecture, security, data, suppliers, users and operations from initial scope through stable ownership.
How you will workYou will work across business owners, technical specialists, security, operations and external suppliers. The partner expects you to understand enough detail to test the plan, while keeping technical accountability with the appropriate experts. Ownership continues through cutover, stabilisation and handover.
As a senior colleague, you will own substantial outcomes and help others make stronger decisions. You are expected to recognise risk early, communicate it without drama and move work forward with practical alternatives. Seniority here means broader judgement and follow through, not distance from delivery.
What you will doLead the digital workplace roadmap and project governance.
Coordinate Microsoft 365 configuration, migration and security work.
Define information, ownership and lifecycle requirements.
Plan pilots, communication, training and adoption support.
Manage suppliers, risks, budget and decision forums.
Ensure service management and support readiness.
IT project management experience with digital workplace platforms.
Strong Microsoft 365 delivery understanding.
Experience coordinating security, information and user needs.
Structured migration, testing and adoption management.
Vendor and stakeholder leadership capability.
Professional English; Swedish is useful for employee communication.
SharePoint, Teams, Copilot or endpoint transformation.
Information governance and records management.
Large scale employee adoption programmes.
You may come from workplace technology, collaboration consulting, change delivery or enterprise IT. The partner is looking for someone who sees the whole employee journey and can prevent technical decisions from creating future information or support problems.
What makes the opportunity interestingYour work will affect how people collaborate every day. The role combines tangible user impact, enterprise scale and a mandate to make the new environment both useful and governable.
The exact partner, employment model, compensation, start date and working arrangement will be explained openly during the process. Nordic Investin will make sure you understand the context, expectations and decision path before you are asked to commit significant time.
The recruitment conversationDuring the process, Nordic Investin will focus on concrete decisions you have made: the context you received, the alternatives you considered, the result you observed and what you would change today. You do not need every optional credential if your core experience transfers and you can explain how you would close the gap.
How to applyApply with your CV or LinkedIn profile and a short note describing the most relevant organisation, service, project or financial process you have helped improve. Nordic Investin welcomes candidates with different routes into the profession and assesses applicants on relevant capability, judgement and potential.
