At Instabee, we’re bringing together three of the Nordics' most loved delivery brands—Instabox, Porterbuddy, and Budbee—to build the future of European e-commerce delivery. Sweden is our innovation hub: the home market where we test bold ideas, build scalable models, and set the standard for the rest of Europe.
We are growing fast, and with scale comes complexity. We’re looking for a curious, collaborative, and analytical Market Intelligence Manager to step in, own our market knowledge, and help shape our strategic growth. Beyond your technical expertise, we are looking for someone with the ambition and potential to develop alongside Instabee and take on broader responsibilities over time.
The RoleAs our Market Intelligence Manager, you will serve as the commercial compass for our Swedish business. You’ll blend sharp analytical thinking with creative problem-solving—combining "detective work" and technical tools to uncover market opportunities, track competitor dynamics, and turn raw data into strategic decisions.
You won't just generate reports; you’ll empower teams, partner directly with Key Account Managers, and experiment with modern tech (like AI agents and custom web scraping) to automate routine tracking and focus on high-impact insights.
Key Responsibilities:
Landscape & Competitor Intelligence: Map the evolving e-commerce ecosystem, analyze market share, perform win/loss analyses, and keep our teams informed on regional and competitor strategies (products, pricing, positioning, and financial moves).
Market Modeling & Data Ownership: Build, refine, and maintain market models and commercial data to serve as the foundation for commercial decision making. Set up automated data collection flows using AI for e.g. web scraping, desktop research, and external sources.
Strategic Partnership & Workshops: Act as a trusted partner to sales leaders and key stakeholders. Translate complex data into actionable sales leads, deliver clear insights, and facilitate interactive team workshops.
Technical Bridge & Systems: Serve as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) to our Data Platform and Sales tech teams to ensure connections to our Salesforce, and Snowflake setups.
Visualization & Dashboards: Design and maintain intuitive dashboards and present insights for senior stakeholders to make intelligence accessible across the business.
We value diverse backgrounds and fresh perspectives. While no candidate will check every single box, we are looking for someone who brings a strong combination of the following skills and qualities:
Background: A couple of years of experience in management consulting, scale-ups/startups, or an analytical commercial role.
Analytical Skills: Advanced capability in Excel/Google Sheets with an ability to identify clear signals within complex datasets.
Technical Toolbox: Experience with (or a strong desire to learn) SQL and Salesforce.
Curiosity for Innovation: Genuine interest in using AI tools and automation to optimize workflows and scale intelligence.
Project Leadership: Proven ability to take initiatives from early-stage ideas through to completed deliverables and implemented systems.
Mindset & Style: Adaptable, resourceful, and supportive. You are a strong communicator, a helpful teammate, and someone who thrives in a fast-changing environment.
Education & Languages: University degree in Engineering, Economics, Business, or a related field. Fluency in English is required; Swedish is a strong bonus.
We believe that high performance thrives in a supportive, flexible, and fun environment. Joining Instabee means joining a close-knit team that values every individual’s perspective.

Our recruitment processTo ensure a fair, objective, and safe process for everyone, our recruitment at Instabee includes two standard steps:
Assessment via Alva Labs: We believe in focusing on your potential rather than just a CV. As part of the application process, you’ll complete short, science-backed assessments (logic and personality) through Alva Labs. These help us understand your workplace strengths and ensure a data-driven, unbiased review.
Background Check: To maintain a secure environment for our team and customers, we perform background checks via Svensk Bakgrundsanalys to review previous public criminal records. The results consist of public information and are always handled with strict confidentiality.
Both steps are a mandatory part of our hiring process in Sweden.
